• Dissolve 34.4 gr on 500 ml with heat and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
• Concentration of use 68.8g/L
• After cooling to 50°C add one vial of PLSS-00I previously reconstituted in 5ml of sterile distilled water.
• Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes
• Once opened avoid hydration
• Storage temperature 2-25°C
