• Homogeneous, free flowing and light beige in colour. If any changes phisically, discard product.
• Colour of the prepared medium clear amber
• pH (25°C) 7.1-7.5
• Concentration of use 30g/l
• Preparation:
• Dissolve 30 gr on 1 L with heat and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
• Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
• Once opened avoid hydration
